Painted 10x16 shed is a representation only, arrives primed for painting in a light beige color. Workers were on time and cleaned up when finished. Only one and a half days to build our shed. Sturdy and good looking shed. Timely delivery by local installers. They were fantastic. Constructed shed in less than six hours. Also gave some tips on how to make ramp which worked out well. Plenty of space to store lawn tractor, pressure washer, snow blower shop vacs and various lawn and garden equipment alog with tools. I put in a solar light and some windows and I have my Man Shed and an uncluttered garage. I am definitely pleased with my building and the installation (installer). I am in the market for a second building now. I would recommend this product to friends or family. The product was delivered when promised early Jan 2019. It is now Oct 2021 and it looks as good as the day it was built. The person who assembled it, also delivered it. I was told it would take about two days, depending on weather. It was completed on time and the builder did a great job to point out gaps of a prefabricated shed and what he did to block spaces/gaps between wood. He also instructed how best to caulk and paint. We also paid extra to have it leveled and placed on blocks as we have it sitting on grass. We also were told that it would eventually settle and we'll need to get a jack and level it again with the roof shingles that were left over. If we could do it again, we'd buy another one but when I tried to order again, it says that they don't deliver to our area anymore. Sad times cause this was a good deal and we liked that it was built on site instead of transported as that would break down the integrity of the structure. We'll keep looking for a similar option. The shed was perfect for my needs. The structure is very solid with no problem and I had it over a year now. Stood up against high winds and branches that fell down. I am very satisfied with my purchase from this company. It is a great shed. If I need to buy another shed, I will buy it from shed liquidators. It is a great product, and the staff is great. We are still very happy with our shed. It stands strong, and holds plenty of furniture. The only thing I would change would be to have them install a latch at the bottom of the door (there is already one at the top) to make it more secure when locked. I am very pleased with this shed---now painted and has side vents. I have owned this product for two years and it has been sturdy and has weathered the storm. View our other shed selections. What to expect: A prefab kit contains a shed’s separate parts, such as the windows, roofing, and walls. The kit also comes with helpful instructions on how to install the shed yourself.
Second, remember that your shed should rest on a gravel or concrete pad. While some people put their shed on concrete blocks, this is strongly discouraged as the blocks are difficult to level and can break or sink over time, causing doors and windows to bind. For your 10×20 shed foundation, you may be able to install a simple gravel pad and perimeter by yourself. A concrete pad is somewhat more difficult and will most likely require hiring a professional, although the final result should be a more solid and long-lasting foundation.
