Not really, only those that would occur for any other product that is exposed to the environment and needs occasional replacement parts. In this case an example would be tree branches falling on the shed and damaging the corner posts/side panels or if the shed is moved and parts become mislaid in the moving process. Although wood is more susceptible to rot and decay than plastic, it’s extremely long-lasting when properly protected from the elements. That’s why it’s important to purchase a storage shed from a reputable shed manufacturer that builds sheds following commonly accepted construction practices.
At just over 4 feet tall, this shed is perfect for those who live in with a strict HOA that doesn't allow you to have a standard storage shed. The shed features double wall construction for added strength and security.
Topping it off is a shingle-style plastic roof that has been reinforced with steel for added load carrying capacity. Each of the double doors has a window and metal handles for added security.
Looking for a space-saving backyard structure to fill with gardening supplies, landscaping tools, or anything else you need to store? With a roof that slopes down from the rear rather than peaking in the center, a lean-to shed might just fit the bill!

Extremely pleased with my whole experience with Recreation Unlimited. Great customer service.
